Prada Client Advisor position in Singapore. Luxury retail sales, client relations, and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets and drive overall store sales performance while achieving KPI goals
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and articulate Prada's heritage, culture, and brand DNA to clients
- Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM system to foster personalized relationships and identify future opportunities
- Embrace omnichannel mindset and leverage digital tools to deliver integrated luxury experiences
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to advise clients authoritatively
- Manage client complaints proactively, liaising with line management and customer service teams as needed
- Host and conduct client appointments both in-person and via virtual channels
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams on daily store operations, stock management, and inventory procedures
- Execute compliance with Company operational guidelines, security protocols, cash handling, inventory, and reporting procedures
- Foster positive team dynamics through open communication and active participation in a diversity-inclusive workplace
Qualifications
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships in luxury retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated passion for human relations and consultative sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge and passion for luxury fashion, design, and the managed product category
- Ability to function effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member
- Problem-solving orientation with curiosity and genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or high-end hospitality is expected. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; post-secondary education in fashion, business, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential.
