Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming luxury environment and deliver exceptional service aligned with Prada's client journey protocols, placing customer needs at the center of all interactions
  • Exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining the highest quality of customer service and achieving KPI goals
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and articulate Prada's brand history, culture, and design philosophy to clients
  • Capture and maintain customer data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
