Prada Client Advisor position in Singapore – luxury retail sales role combining in-store excellence and omnichannel engagement at the Paragon location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place customers at the centre of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual and team sales targets while maximizing personal sales performance and KPI achievement
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, brand heritage, culture, and design DNA
- Capture and maintain customer data within the Company CRM to foster personalized relationships and identify future opportunities
- Embrace and promote omnichannel retail mindset across in-store and digital touchpoints
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitor landscape, and design innovation to advise clients effectively
- Manage client complaints with ownership and escalation to line management when necessary
- Execute company procedures with precision regarding stock management, security protocols, cash handling, and inventory logistics
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and via virtual meeting technology
- Collaborate with back-of-house operations to ensure store organization, stock management, and seamless daily operations
- Actively utilize company digital tools to deliver integrated luxury experiences
- Foster teamwork and open communication with colleagues while embracing diversity and inclusion values
Qualifications
- Passion for human relations and luxury sales
- Proven experience building lasting client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with curiosity regarding luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Strong knowledge of or passion for the managed product category
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Experience
Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional training in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is advantageous.
