Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultation and styling guidance to discerning clients visiting the boutique
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Present and demonstrate luxury products, highlighting craftsmanship, heritage, and distinctive features
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the collection and communicate updates to the team
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
