Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-touch, personalised client experience that reflects Prada’s luxury standards and fosters long-term relationships.
  • Proactively identify and develop new and existing clientele through clienteling activities and targeted outreach.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value through tailored product recommendations and cross-selling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories and communicate product heritage and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Execute daily store operations including POS transactions, stock handling, visual merchandising standards and replenishment.
  • Accurately record client interactions and sales data in CRM systems and contribute to reporting and follow-up processes.
  • Support store events, private viewings and promotional activities, ensuring impeccable presentation and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium-brand retail sales with demonstrable commercial performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to cultivate rapport and manage discerning clientele.
  • Polished professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High degree of integrity and discretion when handling client data and high-value transactions.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline is advantageous.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
