Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships with VIP and prospective customers through proactive outreach and tailored appointments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs via clienteling, upselling and strategic cross-selling.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories; communicate product craftsmanship, provenance and styling expertise.
- Manage CRM records, log client interactions, follow up on leads and coordinate private viewings and after-sales service.
- Support boutique merchandising and visual standards, execute stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory and POS transactions.
- Represent the brand at in-store events and trunk shows; ensure compliance with cash handling, loss-prevention and company retail policies.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience in luxury or premium retail with a demonstrable record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clientele.
- Commercially driven, with strong clienteling discipline and CRM proficiency; familiarity with POS systems and retail reporting.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; readiness to support boutique events.
- High school diploma required; tertiary education in fashion, business or hospitality preferred.
- Fluent English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) advantageous.
