Prada Client Advisor in Singapore (ION Orchard) — luxury boutique sales role delivering personalised client service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch sales experience that reflects Prada’s brand standards and builds long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client outreach, appointments and walk-in conversion.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear to advise clients accurately on fit, materials and provenance.
- Manage clienteling activities: maintain and update client profiles, follow up on leads, and coordinate after-sales service and repairs.
- Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to uphold boutique aesthetics and product storytelling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle returns and ensure accurate cash and sales reconciliations.
- Support stock management including receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with boutique events, private appointments and in-store activations, collaborating with store management and corporate teams as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Fluent interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation and cultural sensitivity appropriate for high-end clientele.
- Ability to work retail shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling high-value merchandise and client information.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct sales experience in luxury retail or boutique environments, with documented success in client acquisition, retention and sales performance.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or certificate in retail, fashion, or hospitality management preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
