Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Singapore (ION Orchard) to deliver personalised luxury experiences and drive sales for the Prada boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience that embodies the Prada brand philosophy and client‑journey ceremony.
- Proactively identify client needs, convert interactions into sales and consistently pursue individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update client records in the Company CRM to develop long‑term relationships and future business opportunities.
- Support the omnichannel sales flow by engaging clients in‑store and via ecommerce, hosting in‑person and virtual appointments.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge and brand history; advise clients on product selection and styling.
- Manage daily store operations in coordination with Back of House teams, including stockroom organisation and inventory procedures.
- Handle client enquiries and complaints with discretion, escalating to line management and Client Service when required.
- Operate company digital tools to enhance the integrated luxury experience while ensuring the highest level of product care and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.
- Strong sales orientation with demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented while able to work independently.
- Deep interest in luxury fashion, art and design and passion for the product category.
- Problem‑solving attitude, curiosity, and adaptability to an omnichannel retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Proven client‑facing experience in luxury retail or high‑end sales environments with a track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in fashion, retail or clienteling are a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
