Role & Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and fulfilling customer needs with exceptional service.
  • Strive to exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring top-tier sales and customer service quality.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and advocate for an Omni Channel approach.
  • Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
  • Address and resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Leverage digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual customer appointments.
  • Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain an organized stock room.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activities, inventory, and reporting.
  • Foster teamwork and open communication to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and a positive work environment.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong passion and knowledge of the product category

Experience

Proven experience in luxury sales or a similar client-facing role is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
