Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment focused on customer-centric service and satisfaction.
- Exceed sales and KPI targets to maximize individual performance and contribute to store success.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and a deep understanding of Prada's history and culture.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer relationships and develop future sales opportunities through personalized approaches.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and the luxury fashion industry to advise and discuss with clients.
- Handle customer complaints and collaborate with managers and client services to resolve issues.
- Maintain the highest level of care and respect for products.
- Leverage company digital devices to provide a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Collaborate with operations (Back of the House) to maintain an organized stockroom as part of store operations.
- Adhere to company procedures, operational guidelines, and inventory management as required by HQ.
- Work with team members to ensure consistent, excellent customer experiences and foster a positive work environment that respects diversity and inclusion.
