Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of the Brand, conveying its philosophy and values.
  • Maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving skills and curiosity Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the product category Fluency in Portuguese; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
