Prada seeks a Client Advisor in San Diego to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales at Prada Nordstrom San Diego.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised in-store client experience that embodies the brand’s values and client journey standards.
  • Actively identify client needs and convert interactions into sales while meeting individual KPIs and contributing to team targets.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client profiles and interaction history in the company CRM to support clienteling and repeat business.
  • Adopt and promote an omnichannel approach, coordinating with e‑commerce and other touchpoints to maximise client engagement.
  • Proactively cross-sell across product categories and collaborate with colleagues to optimise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation in line with operational guidelines.
  • Manage client complaints professionally and escalate to line management as required.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention and store security measures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience building long-term client relationships in luxury or premium retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a store environment.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Commercial mindset with resilience, self-motivation and a client-first attitude.

Experience
