Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
