Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Prada's philosophy and values.
  • Maximize sales performance by cultivating customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience, guiding clients into the world of Prada.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as needed.
  • Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the product category Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
