Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised sales service to an international and Russian-speaking clientele; proactively convert footfall into sales and cultivate repeat business.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through tailored clienteling, appointment management and proactive outreach.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs; report on performance and contribute to commercial initiatives.
- Manage transactions, returns and after-sales service with accuracy and discretion; ensure correct handling of cash and POS operations.
- Support stock management and merchandising standards: receive shipments, replenish the sales floor and maintain visual merchandising directives.
- Update and maintain client records in the store CRM; collaborate with colleagues and regional teams on client events and VIP appointments.
Qualifications
- Fluent Russian speaker; strong spoken and written Russian required.
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail — servicing international or Russian-speaking clients is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and polished presentation appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Strong numerical accuracy for transactions and basic stock-control procedures.
- Legal right to work in France (if applicable) and ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and evenings.
