Prada Client Advisor position in Roermond, Netherlands – deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales in a prestigious fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and exceed every client expectation through adherence to the client journey ceremony
- Achieve individual sales targets and drive store performance through proactive selling and superior service
- Develop extensive product knowledge and fluency in Prada's heritage, design philosophy, and cultural values
- Capture and maintain client data in the CRM system to foster personalized, long-term relationships and identify sales opportunities
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset, integrating in-store and ecommerce experiences
- Remain informed of fashion trends and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance to clients
- Manage client complaints professionally, liaising with management and customer service when necessary
- Host client appointments both in-person and virtually using company digital tools
- Maintain meticulous product care and organize stockroom operations in collaboration with back-of-house staff
- Execute operational, inventory, security, and cash procedures in strict compliance with company policies
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment grounded in diversity and inclusion values
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail brand environment
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service standards
- Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Fluency in English
