Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the centre of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and meeting every need and request in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Drive to exceed individual and team sales targets, maximizing sales performance and contributing to overall store success
  • Achieve and surpass key performance indicators while maintaining the highest standards of sales quality and customer service

  • Host and conduct client appointments both in-person and via virtual meeting platforms
  • Collaborate with back-of-house operations in daily store activities, maintaining an organized and secure stock room
  • Execute all company operational procedures, security protocols, cash management, inventory control, and reporting requirements with precision
  • Foster a positive team environment through collaborative partnership, open communication, and commitment to diversity and inclusion values

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in luxury or premium brand retail environments
  • Understanding of luxury customer service standards and expectations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency working independently and as part of a cohesive team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
