Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sales transactions and optimize each step of the customer sales process
- Identify and understand both expressed and latent customer needs
- Present and articulate the value proposition of the product range
- Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize transaction value
- Maintain proper care, cleaning, and inventory management of departmental merchandise
