MIU MIU is hiring a Client Advisor in Rio de Janeiro. Join a Prada Group boutique to deliver luxury client service and achieve boutique sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, high-touch service to VIP and walk-in clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets through proactive prospecting, personalised clienteling and strategic upselling.
- Manage client data and follow-up using the store CRM to nurture relationships and schedule private appointments.
- Provide expert product advice across apparel, leather goods and accessories; style clients with attention to fit, provenance and wardrobe integration.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage returns/exchanges and ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and maintain immaculate boutique presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support stock management activities including replenishment, receiving and inventory control; collaborate with store leadership on assortments and client requests.
- Participate in product training, brand initiatives and seasonal launches to remain conversant with collections and collaborations.
Qualifications
- Impeccable professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner suitable for luxury clientele.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; aptitude for personalised selling and advisory service.
- Proven ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Right to work in Brazil and familiarity with local retail compliance and governance.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or a comparable client-facing role; experience advising high-net-worth clients and meeting sales targets is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in fashion, retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
