Prada Client Advisor position at Selfridges, London — deliver luxury retail experience and drive sales across RTW and ecommerce.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and providing excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
  • Drive achievement of individual sales targets and KPI goals, maximizing sales performance while maintaining the highest service quality
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge encompassing Prada's history, culture, heritage, and brand DNA
  • Capture and manage customer data within the company CRM system to build lasting relationships, offer personalized service, and identify future opportunities
  • Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel mindset, leveraging both physical and digital touchpoints
  • Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to advise clients informedly
  • Take ownership of client complaint resolution, escalating to management and client service teams as necessary
  • Host and conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually, utilizing available technology platforms
  • Collaborate seamlessly with back-of-house teams, supporting daily store operations and stock management
  • Execute company operational guidelines, security protocols, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and all required reporting activities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments
  • Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service principles and practices
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
