Prada Client Advisor position in Prague – luxury retail sales and customer service role with fashion brand expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through individual outreach, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Actively engage in cross-selling across all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Remain current with fashion trends and competitive market positioning
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively in collaboration with line management
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market
- Fluent spoken German and English

Experience
Prior retail or luxury brand experience preferred; demonstrated success in a sales-focused customer service role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further luxury retail training or certification is an asset.
