MIU MIU seeks a seasonal Client Advisor in Porto Cervo, Italy for Summer 2026 to deliver high-touch luxury client service in a resort boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch client service to discerning luxury customers, creating personalised shopping experiences and long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed daily and seasonal sales targets; execute effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Develop and maintain an active client book through proactive clienteling, follow-ups, and appointment management.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, and housekeeping of the sales floor.
- Manage stock operations including receiving, tagging, inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures.
- Process sales and returns accurately using the store POS system and ensure compliance with cash-handling policies.
- Collaborate with the store team and local management to coordinate events, private appointments, and peak trading periods.
- Uphold brand standards, client confidentiality and local legal requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or premium fashion boutiques; seasonal experience in resort locations is advantageous.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and strong commercial awareness.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with high-net-worth and international clients.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods throughout the season.
- Right to work in Italy for the duration of the contract.

Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or a premium fashion environment is required; candidates with seasonal or resort boutique experience and a demonstrable track record of sales achievement will be preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail, or business is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be located in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy, with easy access to Olbia.
