Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client journey for visitors to the Prada pop-up store.
- Provide expert fashion and styling advice, recommending products that reflect client needs and brand aesthetics.
- Proactively engage clients to meet and exceed sales objectives and follow up on leads.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, stock handling and maintaining brand visual standards.
- Carry out ad hoc assignments from management and ensure strict adherence to Prada service and presentation protocols.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion; dynamic, enthusiastic and client-focused.
- Demonstrable sales orientation with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Proven team player; results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Previous experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail.
