Church's in Brussels seeks a Part-time Client Advisor to deliver luxury footwear sales, clienteling and boutique service in Brussels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while promoting the full range of Church's footwear and accessories.
  • Provide authoritative product knowledge on leather, construction, sizing and maintenance to guide clients to optimal selections.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, manage receipts and support daily cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and stock display in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Receive and manage stock, assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to store management.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with store policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience within luxury fashion or footwear (ideally 1–3 years).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury boutique.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique schedule.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively within a small store team.
