Prada Client Advisor (fixed-term contract) in Paris – Join a luxury retail team as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony, placing the customer at the center of all interactions
- Capture and manage customer data within the Company CRM system to build personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel retail mindset across all customer touchpoints
- Welcome and provide exceptional in-store service at all times, proactively engaging in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and brand knowledge while remaining informed of fashion trends and competitive positioning
- Address customer complaints effectively and professionally, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in accordance with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Foster a positive, inclusive working environment through collaborative teamwork, open communication, and alignment with diversity and inclusion values
- Contribute to store security protocols and remain vigilant in preventing product loss
