Miu Miu Client Advisor, Paris — Six-month contract (July–December 2026) for luxury retail sales and brand ambassador role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional in-store service aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to personalize interactions and develop long-term relationships
- Execute cross-selling strategies across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and all Miu Miu products and brand philosophy
- Embrace omnichannel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, exceptional customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain shop-floor visual standards and stock procedures in compliance with Miu Miu operational guidelines
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury retail and sales
- Demonstrated experience building lasting client relationships
- Strong curiosity about luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fluent French and English; Arabic is required; additional languages are valued
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles with proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships is expected.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; retail or customer service training is advantageous.
