Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a high‑net‑worth and international clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall boutique performance.
- Proactively conduct clienteling activities: prospecting, appointment management, follow‑ups and after‑sales care using CRM tools and boutique systems.
- Maintain exemplary product knowledge across seasonal collections, accessories and special projects to advise clients authoritatively.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique presentation reflects brand standards.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, manage returns/exchanges and maintain accurate sales records.
- Support stock management: receive goods, perform stock counts, organise back‑of‑house and coordinate replenishment with store management.
- Participate in boutique events, private appointments and seasonal campaigns as required.
Qualifications
- Polished interpersonal presence with high standards of personal presentation and professional discretion.
- Strong commercial instincts with a client‑first mentality and proven ability to close sales.
- Numerical literacy and attention to administrative detail for accurate transaction and CRM recording.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Fluent in client‑facing communication, adaptable to an international customer base.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales, ideally within premium or luxury fashion houses, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
