Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Miu Miu’s brand identity and luxury service standards.
- Proactively develop and maintain a client portfolio through clienteling, aftercare and relationship-building activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately, manage stock movements, receiving and returns, and support inventory controls.
- Use CRM tools and store systems to update client records, track interactions and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the store team to share product knowledge, contribute to in-store events and support loss-prevention and compliance policies.
