Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and meet their needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships for a personalized approach.
- Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, complying with Prada's operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to high levels of security and remain vigilant to prevent product thefts.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
