Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales while providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Create a welcoming environment and meet client needs in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for sales and retail environments. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
