Prada Group outlet in Istanbul seeks a Client Advisor. Deliver exceptional service and drive sales for luxury leather goods and apparel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality customer service to outlet clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and effective clienteling.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across leather goods, apparel and accessories to advise clients accurately.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and cash handling with accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards at all times.
  • Support inventory control activities, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Handle client enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the store team on promotions, events and outlet-specific initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably 1–2 years in a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in Turkish; conversational or professional English is an advantage (language not explicitly required).
