Prada Client Advisor position in Oslo. Join a luxury retail team delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering service excellence in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Drive to exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals, maximizing sales performance and contributing to overall store success
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, heritage, history, and brand DNA to guide clients and provide expert counsel
- Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM to build lasting relationships and develop personalized service opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote omnichannel retail mindset, leveraging both physical and digital touchpoints
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to engage clients in informed discussions and offer relevant styling advice
- Resolve client complaints with care and professionalism, liaising with management and Client Service team as needed
- Host and conduct client appointments, both in-person and virtually, ensuring seamless integrated experiences
- Operate with the highest standards of care for products, maintaining organized stockroom and synergizing with back-of-house operations
- Execute all company operational procedures, security protocols, cash handling, inventory management, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate as a team player with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive working environment and ensure consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service standards
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with retail digital tools and CRM systems

Experience in sales within luxury or premium brand environments, with demonstrated success in client relationship-building and sales achievement.
