PRADA seeks a Part-Time Client Advisor in Oslo to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and uphold brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with Prada’s brand standards, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections to advise clients on styling, materials and provenance.
- Manage daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling and stock replenishment.
- Uphold meticulous visual merchandising and presentation standards to ensure a cohesive in-store environment.
- Support CRM activities: capture client data, log interactions and follow up on lead generation and after-sales service.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and local business-development initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless client journeys and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a client-first service mentality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse clientele.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Right to work in Norway and willingness to work in a part-time schedule as assigned.

Experience
Typically requires 1–3 years of retail or client-facing sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury or premium-brand environments and who demonstrate measurable sales performance.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational or tertiary training in fashion, retail, hospitality or related disciplines is advantageous.
