PRADA is hiring a Client Advisor in Oslo — deliver exceptional client service, drive boutique sales and cultivate high-value relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointments and follow-up.
- Manage client records and interactions using the store CRM; prepare bespoke proposals and maintain confidentiality.
- Present products with exacting standards of visual merchandising and luxury packaging; ensure boutique presentation matches brand guidelines.
- Support inventory control: receive, inspect and process deliveries; execute stock replenishment and rotation.
- Coordinate private appointments, trunk shows and in-store events to activate high-value clientele.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories; advise clients on styling and care.
- Handle transactions accurately via POS systems and provide after-sales service including returns, repairs and alterations in line with brand policy.
- Uphold loss-prevention procedures, compliance and brand standards at all times; contribute to a professional, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable results against targets.
- Strong clienteling skills with experience managing high-net-worth or discerning clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills; polished demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Ability to deliver detailed product knowledge and styling advice across categories.
- Organised, reliable and discreet with high standards of personal presentation and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak selling periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury or high-end retail sales, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales targets. Experience with clienteling and boutique operations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
