Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Oslo to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience, placing the customer at the centre of every interaction and following the brand’s client journey standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and relationship building.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, brand history and DNA to inform and advise clients.
  • Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM to nurture long-term relationships and identify future opportunities.
  • Adopt and promote an omnichannel approach, managing in-store and ecommerce client needs and conducting both in-person and virtual appointments.
  • Use company digital tools to provide a seamless and integrated luxury experience.
  • Participate in daily store operations, maintain an organised stockroom and follow operational, security and inventory procedures.
  • Resolve client complaints with ownership, escalating to line manager or Client Service when necessary, and cooperate closely with back-of-house teams.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment through open communication and collaboration, supporting diversity and respect across the store.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with a luxury or premium fashion brand, preferably in a client-facing sales role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and clienteling pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for personalised service.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage if specified locally.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with high standards of product care and presentation.
