Prada Client Advisor position in Orlando, Florida. Join our luxury retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst building brand loyalty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the centre of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs whilst upholding the client journey ceremony standards
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the Company CRM system to foster personalized relationships and develop future sales opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote an omni-channel mindset, seamlessly integrating in-store and digital touchpoints
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent, exceptional service and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
- Deliver excellent in-store service, welcoming clients with professionalism and attentiveness
- Execute proactive cross-departmental selling strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge across all categories
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain high standards of shop floor appearance and visual merchandising in compliance with company guidelines
- Uphold security protocols and maintain vigilance to prevent product loss
Qualifications
- Passion for selling and luxury retail environments
- Genuine curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently
- Result-oriented mindset with resilience and problem-solving capability
- Deep knowledge of and passion for the Prada product category
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail sales or high-end customer service environments is highly valued. Prior involvement in building and maintaining a client base whilst achieving sales targets is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or related fields is advantageous.
