Prada Client Advisor position at Saks Fifth Avenue New York. Hourly retail role ($22–$26/hr) with commission and bonus eligibility in luxury fashion sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel retail mindset across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional service delivery and foster a positive, inclusive working environment
- Welcome and serve customers with attentive, professional in-store presence at all times
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across all product departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and product innovation
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to clients
- Address customer concerns effectively and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor presentation and visual displays to company standards while adhering to operational guidelines and inventory procedures
- Contribute to store security protocols and remain vigilant in preventing product loss
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for selling and retail environments
- Genuine curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, resilient, self-motivated, results-driven approach with strong problem-solving capability
- Deep passion and knowledge of managed product categories
- Fluent English language proficiency; additional languages preferred

Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments is preferred; demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and cultivating client loyalty is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent minimum; retail or hospitality training or certification preferred.
