Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and promote an omnichannel retail mindset across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional service delivery and foster a positive, inclusive working environment
  • Welcome and serve customers with attentive, professional in-store presence at all times
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling across all product departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and product innovation
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to clients
  • Address customer concerns effectively and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor presentation and visual displays to company standards while adhering to operational guidelines and inventory procedures
  • Contribute to store security protocols and remain vigilant in preventing product loss

Qualifications
