Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the client at the centre of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM to foster personalised engagement, relationship development, and future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional service and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
  • Welcome and serve clients with consistently excellent in-store experience and attentiveness
  • Execute proactive cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and brand positioning
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product and brand knowledge across the managed category
  • Address customer concerns professionally, escalating to management when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor and visual displays to premium standards while adhering to Company operational guidelines and inventory procedures
