Prada Client Advisor position in New York offering luxury retail sales role on Broadway with competitive hourly compensation and commission opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming retail environment and serve clients with excellence in accordance with the brand's client journey ceremony
  • Capture and manage customer data within the Company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace omnichannel mindset and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, fashion trends, and competitor positioning to enhance customer engagement
  • Execute active cross-selling strategies across product categories to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate matters to management when necessary
  • Contribute to store security by maintaining attentiveness to loss prevention

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury retail and fashion
  • Demonstrated experience in building long-lasting client relationships
