Client Advisor position at Prada Broadway in New York. Hourly rate $22–$26/hr plus commission and bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming in-store environment and deliver exceptional service aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data in the Company CRM to foster personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Actively engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge while staying current with fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising in compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Collaborate as a team player, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive working environment
- Contribute to store security protocols and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion retail and customer-centric sales
- Proven experience building lasting relationships with discerning clientele
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Deep interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and cultivate client loyalty. Prior experience in building relationships with high-value clientele is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
