Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and act as a brand ambassador on 57th Street, cultivating long-term relationships and a loyal client base.
- Proactively manage a client portfolio through clienteling activities, follow-ups, appointment booking and after-sales care to maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of ready-to-wear, accessories and seasonal capsules.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, window presentation, stock replenishment and housekeeping to reflect brand DNA.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure compliance with store policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store management on local events, private appointments and VIP services to drive footfall and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end fashion boutique sales, with demonstrable results in client acquisition and retention.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a service-first mentality and the ability to build rapport with discerning clientele.
- Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail to uphold Miu Miu’s merchandising and presentation standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak season demand.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or fashion boutique sales, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a client book. Experience with VIP client service and private shopping appointments is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in fashion, business, retail management or a related field preferred.
