Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a discerning, high‑net‑worth clientele at the Fifth Avenue flagship store.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, in‑store appointments and VIP follow‑up.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary client book, ensuring accurate client records and timely after‑sales communication.
- Present merchandise with exacting brand standards; support visual merchandising and window dressing as required.
- Handle customer transactions, returns and gift services accurately and in accordance with store policies.
- Support inventory control including stock replenishment, receiving, tagging and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with store management and cross‑functional teams on product launches, trunk shows and private events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable results against targets.
- Fluent in polished, discrete client communication; ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong brand alignment with Prada’s aesthetic and service standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within flagship or high‑traffic boutiques; proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of VIP clients is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, marketing or a related field preferred.
