Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in New York (Fifth Avenue). Deliver exceptional luxury retail service and drive sales at Prada, hourly pay $22–$26.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador by conveying Prada’s philosophy and values through every client interaction.
  • Place the client at the centre of the experience, delivering a memorable, personalised luxury service and guiding customers through the client journey ceremony.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the company CRM to develop and nurture long-term relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Adopt and promote an omnichannel mindset, supporting integration between in-store and digital touchpoints.
  • Proactively cross-sell across departments and maximise individual and team sales to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and shop-floor standards in line with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, promote constructive communication, and support diversity and inclusion values.
  • Be vigilant about loss prevention and contribute to store security practices.

Qualifications

  • Passion for selling and retail, with a genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence a discerning clientele.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, result orientation and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Solid product knowledge for the assigned category and eagerness to stay informed on trends and competitors.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
