Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with line managers as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. In-depth knowledge and passion for the product category managed.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
