Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using individual approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
  • Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and passion for the product category managed Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
