PRADA Client Advisor (Munich, Germany) — Deliver luxury retail excellence in our boutique with personalized client service, sales expertise, and fashion knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with excellence, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Execute cross-selling across all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive positioning
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively and escalate to line management when necessary
- Uphold shop floor standards and visual displays in compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and theft prevention measures
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse clientele
