Prada Client Advisor (RTW) in Munich – luxury fashion sales role with focus on personalized client service and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through an individualized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Remain current with fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
