PRADA seeks Client Advisor in Munich for luxury retail boutique in Oberpollinger Department Store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an exemplary in-store experience at all times
- Develop and maintain client relationships through individualized service and CRM engagement
- Execute cross-selling strategies across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal KPI targets
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market positioning
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively in collaboration with line management
- Maintain shop floor presentation and visual displays in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security protocols and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities with demonstrated ability to exceed targets
- Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market
- Proficiency with CRM and digital retail tools
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environment is preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; fashion or luxury retail certification a plus.
