PRADA seeks Client Advisor in Munich for luxury retail boutique in Oberpollinger Department Store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, providing an exemplary in-store experience at all times
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through individualized service and CRM engagement
  • Execute cross-selling strategies across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal KPI targets
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market positioning
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
  • Address customer complaints effectively in collaboration with line management
  • Maintain shop floor presentation and visual displays in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to store security protocols and loss prevention initiatives
