Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary personalized service to a discerning luxury clientele, proactively cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Manage clienteling activities including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, bespoke requests and CRM record maintenance.
- Maintain flagship visual merchandising and presentation standards; ensure merchandise is stocked, replenished and presented according to brand guidelines.
- Handle high-value transactions, returns and after-sales service with discretion and accuracy; adhere to cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support store operations including inventory control, stock receipts, markdowns and participation in store events and private client appointments.
- Collaborate with the store management and regional teams on client events, product launches and targeted sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch client service with a polished, professional presence.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; emotionally intelligent approach to high-value client interactions.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; available for store events and client appointments.
- Right to work in Germany and willingness to participate in brand training programmes.
- Fluency in German and professional working proficiency in English highly desirable.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of frontline experience in luxury retail or high-end boutique environments, with demonstrable success in client development and meeting sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational retail, sales or hospitality qualification preferred.
