Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to security measures and prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
